If you did not like the color, model, size or other parameters of the ordered and delivered goods – you can return it to us!
Return quality goods by the following terms:
- Inform us by e-mail [email protected] within 5 (five) working days after receiving the order about the wish to return a quality but unworthy product;
- Return goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of their delivery by bringing them to the store (address Jonavos 43A, Kaunas), sending by registered post (it is necessary to indicate the phone number +37067997334 and place the order form / invoice) or by courier: Recipient: UAB V. - It is also possible to return the goods to the Pick Up point at the address Islandijos pl. 32, Kaunas (Mega), tel. +37067997334
Returned quality goods at the time of return must be:
- in the original neat packaging;
- intact;
- without losing the commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unripped protective films, etc.) of the same set as received from the Seller.
When returning a quality product, it can be:
- Changed to an alternative product within 10 (ten) working days. In this case, the Buyer pays the cost of shipping the new goods and the difference between the price of the goods, or the money paid will be refunded within 10 (ten) working days.
The costs of delivery of quality goods to the Buyer and return to the Seller are not reimbursed to the Buyer.
Bad quality goods
If the product sent to you is of improper quality or a factory defect becomes apparent within 30 (thirty) calendar days – you can return it to us.
Goods of unsatisfactory quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the “Rules for Return and Exchange of Items approved in 2001. June 29 by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 and in the following order:
- Inform us by e-mail [email protected] within 5 (five) working days after receiving the order or immediately upon the occurrence of a factory defect (but not later than within 30 calendar days after receiving the product) about the wish to return the defective product;
- Return the defective goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day of their delivery by bringing them to the store, sending them by post or by courier to the following address: UAB V. Butkevičius and co, Jonavos 43A, 44131 Kaunas
ATTENTION!
Always follow the washing instructions on the product’s external and internal labels. Defects or deterioration caused by using the product for purposes other than those for which it is normally used or by failing to comply with the maintenance requirements specified in the instructions are not considered defective or defective and cannot be returned under the return and warranty conditions described here.
Upon return of a defective product, it must be:
- Changed to an alternative product within 3 (three) working days at the latest. In this case, the Seller shall pay the cost of shipping the new goods and the difference between the price of the goods, or the money paid will be refunded no later than within 3 (three) working days.
- The costs of sending the defective goods to the Buyer and returning them to the Seller shall be paid by the Seller.
Labeled goods are non-refundable
